Rental Packages

Deposit and cancellation policy

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure the booking
  • This amount will be deducted from your total amount due; the balance of payment is due within 30 days of your event

30 days or more from the event date Full refund of amount paid not including deposit.
15 to 29 days from the event date 50% refund of the balance after the deposit
7 to 14 days from the event date 25% refund of the balance after the deposit
6 days or less from the event date

No refund

Ceremony packages

For no additional charge, during our regular business hours you may:

  • Decorate the day of, or the day before the event date (no staples, screws, nails, tacks or super adhesive tape)
  • Hold an event rehearsal

If you would like to decorate or rehearse outside of these times, we will provide an additional quote.

Note: This does not apply for the simple set up ceremony.

Photography

Note: For comercial photography and filming, please contact us for rates and restrictions.

For wedding or group/individual photoshoots, the following prices apply:

  • Base cost: $175.61 for the first hour
  • $80.79 for every 30 minutes following

Please turn off camera flash for interior photos.

Note: All quotations are plus applicable tax.

Costumes and characters

The following pioneer costumes or dress wear are available for event rental:

  • Train conductor suits
  • Gender specific costumes

Base cost: $25.00 – must be washed before returning. Most costumes are adult sizes with a few child sizes available.

If you wish to have costumed pioneers at your event, there is a $25.00 per hour, per person charge.
